Shipping Fee
We provide free shipping to the majority of countries. However, select countries may incur shipping charges. For accurate information, please refer to the checkout page.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). We will carefully choose the most suitable shipping method for your order, including options for semi-express and express delivery, with an estimated arrival time of approximately 7 to 12 days.
Customs Duties & VAT
NexTech takes responsibility for any additional taxes and fees applied by your government to facilitate the delivery of your package. Customers only need to pay for the product and shipping costs, while NexTech covers the customs duties and VAT. However, please note that customers may be required to pay additional fees in accordance with the specific policies of the destination country or its residents.
Changing Address for an Existing Order
If you need to make any changes to your address, please follow these steps:
1. Change or add a new address in the member center first.
2. Inform us by email (_______________) or through the inbox after you have updated your address and provided your order ID.
We will double-check the order record to ensure that the address for each order is updated accurately.
Preorder / In Stock
If your order contains both in-stock items and preorder items with release dates delayed by more than 30 days, we will ship the available items first. The additional shipping fees will be covered by NexTech.
In cases where there are sufficient incoming orders to support the extra shipping cost, even if all items are set to be released within 30 days, we will consider splitting the shipment and adjusting the shipping schedule accordingly.

Return Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns after 60 days from the date of purchase.
For defective products, retain all packaging and take following actions:
1. Submit the request form at our after-sales centre
2. Provide photos of the defective product with the after-sales application number shown on the request form to ____.
A replacement will be arranged within 15 working days after we receive the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we cannot accept returns for unwanted products or packaging conditions. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
